We want to make returning an order with us as easy as possible for all out customers. All you will need to do is follow our returns processes by following the link below;


Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of the goods depending on what you have ordered. If the allowed time has gone by since you received your order and you have not been in contact with us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us through email on if you require assistance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some watch straps come with tags attached to them, they are required to be still attached to the strap in order for us to accept the item through returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Returned sale items remain the same value as when purchased. You cannot return a sale item to be refunded for the the full RRP.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily process a product exchange for your order as we know errors can sometimes be made when placing an order for watch straps. Please print off the Returns Form and fill our all of the relevant information and return it to the address provided in the form.



To return your product, you should mail your product to: WO - Returns, 23 - 25 Pier Street, Aberystwyth, SY23 2LN, UK.
For orders placed within the USA and dispatched from the USA, please return the the following address HS by WO Returns, 1528 Walnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19102, USA
If you are shipping your goods back from outside of the UK and you need to provide customs declaration information then please mark the package as 'CUSTOMER RETURN". Failure to do so may result in the returned package being rejected.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty or incorrectly received products will have return postage reimbursed by us. We set a limit of $15 reimbursement for the return postage, anything exceeding that amount will need to be covered by you, the customer.
