Returns Policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to submit your return request. Please ensure that your return request has been submitted before the end of the 14 day window. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us on orders@hirschstraps.com.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Please ensure that watch straps have not been mounted to a watch or fastened up.
  • Gift cards and gift-wrap services are non-returnable.

Partial Refunds

  • Products not in original condition or missing parts.
  • Any straps that have been tried on or mounted to a watch.
  • Items returned after the 14-day window.

How Refunds Are Processed

  1. We email you once your return is received and inspected.
  2. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few working days.

Sale Items

Sale items are refunded or exchanged at the sale price, not full RRP.

Exchanges

We are only able to process exchanges for UK and USA orders. Any customers wanting an exchange outside of these territories will need to return your items for a refund and purchase the correct ones in place of the returned order.

Customs Declarations

The return shipping label options available through our returns portal will ensure that the relevant customs information has been provided to the carrier so that your returned order arrives with us hassle free.

Return-Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return postage (non-refundable) unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
  • For faulty/incorrect items, you will have a shipping label provided to you via the returns portal.
  • All returns will be shipped back with tracked services.
